The University has a responsibility to conduct its affairs ethically and in compliance with the law. Individuals who suspect that a UCSC employee is engaged in improper governmental activities, including violations of state or federal law, waste, gross misconduct, gross incompetence, or gross inefficiency, may report such activities free from retaliation consistent with the University’s Whistleblower Policies and Procedures.
